What's included
Within seven days of your 90-minute assessment, you receive a personal plan connecting what we found across your body, mouth and skin, with clear next steps. It is built from three parts, carried out together in one sitting:
1. Lifestyle and systemic health review.
A structured look at your sleep, stress, digestion and hormonal balance, with a marker of inflammation and a marker of metabolic balance measured in the room and discussed on the spot
2. Clinical assessment of your teeth, gums and bite.
A specialist examination of your oral health, and a reading of what your mouth reveals about inflammation and balance elsewhere.
3. An honest consultation on your skin and facial structure.
An assessment of your skin's condition, concerns and goals, considered in context. Clear recommendations, not a product push.

Our expert
Thames Insight 360 is led by Dr Theodora Bravi, and her background is the reason it exists. She trained as a dentist before facial aesthetics, and it was the dental side that showed her how closely the mouth, skin and body connect. Most clinicians are never taught to look for it.
