Your expert‑led pathway to healthier skin
Most people know their skin could look and feel better – but with endless facials, peels and “miracle” treatments online, it’s genuinely hard to know what will work for your skin. Trying treatments randomly often leads to disappointment, sensitivity or wasted money.
The Skin Health Programme takes that decision off your shoulders.
Created by Dr Theodora Bravi, it’s a simple, expert‑led plan that starts with calming, strengthening LED light therapy for skin, then introduces superficial peels and – when appropriate – medium depth peel options to smooth, refine and brighten over time. No guessing, no pressure, just a clear plan.

Your three‑step Skin Health Programme journey
Your journey is structured around three simple stages. Each one builds on the last, so your skin is always ready for what comes next.
LED Glow Sessions – prepare and strengthen
We begin with medical‑grade LED skin rejuvenation using our Celluma Pro system and a clinic‑only Activation Serum. Red & blue light LED facial wavelengths and near infrared LED treatments calm inflammation, settle redness and gently strengthen the skin barrier – creating the right foundation for everything that follows.
Ideal for: Dullness, redness, sensitivity, breakouts, early ageing, general skin maintenance
From: £50 (single session). Save up to £100 with a course.
Your First Peel – introduce and tailor
Once your skin is calmer and more balanced, Dr Bravi will introduce your first chemical skin peel, combined with LED in the same visit. This is aesthetic skin resurfacing at its gentlest – a light peel to lift dull surface cells, followed by LED to soothe and speed up recovery. It also tells us exactly how your skin responds, so we can tailor the next stage with confidence.
Ideal for: Uneven tone, congestion, texture, pigmentation, dullness
From: £120. Price depends on the type of peel chosen (3 options available).
Step 3: Skin Health Programmes – build real, lasting results
This is where lasting change happens. Choose from structured courses of 4, 6 or 10 peel + LED sessions, each tuned to how your skin is progressing. These professional peel treatments are spaced to build steadily rather than shock the skin, while LED supports comfort and healing. Our Elite Programme adds priority booking, ongoing reviews and a free LED Hydrating Mask on your final visit.
Ideal for: Longer‑term improvement in texture, pigmentation, congestion and overall skin health
From: £480. 4, 6 or 10 peel options available, plus the Elite Programme.

What benefits should I expect?
Clearer Complexion
Consistent LED and gentle peels help clear congestion, reduce dullness and even out patchy tone so your skin looks fresher day to day.
Smoother Texture
Peels lift away dead skin and help soften rough or bumpy areas, leaving your skin feeling smoother and makeup sitting better.
Calmer, less reactive skin
LED helps settle redness and day‑to‑day irritation, so skin that flushes or reacts easily feels more comfortable and balanced.
Stronger skin barrier
Over time, LED and peels support a healthier, more resilient skin barrier – meaning fewer flare‑ups and skin that copes better with life, weather and stress.

- Right treatment, right time. LED first to prepare, then peels introduced only when your skin is ready.

- GDC‑registered clinician overseeing your care from consultation to review.
- Honest conversations. You’ll always know what’s working, what to tweak and when to pause.

The Skin Health Programme exists because most skin concerns respond best to a consistent, structured approach rather than occasional one-off treatments — combining LED therapy and clinical peels gives the skin the repeated stimulus it needs to produce meaningful, lasting change.
FAQs
The Skin Health Programme is a structured, clinician-led course of treatment that combines two complementary therapies — professional chemical peels and Celluma Pro LED light therapy — into a single planned pathway. Rather than booking individual treatments ad hoc, the Programme gives you a clear route from your starting skin condition to a defined goal, with every step guided by an expert.
It is suitable for patients with a range of concerns including acne, pigmentation, uneven texture, fine lines, and general skin dullness — and it is tailored to your specific skin type and history at an initial assessment with Dr Bravi.
Peels and LED therapy work on different but complementary mechanisms. A chemical peel accelerates cellular turnover — removing the outermost layers of the skin to reveal fresher tissue and stimulate collagen production at a structural level. Celluma Pro LED therapy works at the cellular level using light energy, reducing inflammation, supporting healing, and maintaining a collagen stimulus between peel sessions.
Used together, they reinforce each other's effects: LED therapy supports skin recovery after a peel and extends the collagen-building signal, while regular peels keep the surface clear and receptive to light penetration. The combination also means the Programme can address multiple concerns simultaneously — for example, active acne (blue LED) alongside post-acne pigmentation (peels and red LED).
A high-street facial is primarily a cosmetic treatment focused on surface cleansing, hydration, and relaxation — it is designed to make skin look and feel good on the day, but the effects are short-lived and the ingredients used are not at clinical concentrations.
The Skin Health Programme uses medical-grade peels (including TCA-based formulations and AlumierMD clinical acids) and an FDA-cleared LED device operating at therapeutic irradiances unavailable in consumer or salon settings. Each step is clinically assessed and sequenced, with progress reviewed at each appointment. The outcomes it can achieve — meaningful improvement in pigmentation, acne, and early skin ageing — are not replicable with a standard facial, however thorough.
Most appointments follow a logical sequence: a brief skin check to note any changes since the last visit, followed by the treatment itself — which may be a peel, an LED session, or a combination of both in the same appointment depending on where you are in your Programme.
Peel sessions typically take 30–45 minutes including preparation and aftercare. LED sessions run for 30–60 minutes. If both are scheduled together, the LED component generally follows the peel to help calm the skin and support early recovery. You leave with written aftercare notes and, if relevant, updated home-care guidance.
The Programme is available in several formats to suit different starting points and goals. An introductory course might involve 6–8 LED sessions, scheduled once or twice a week. More comprehensive programmes combine peels and LED sessions in packages of 4, 6, or 10 treatments. An Elite Programme is also available for patients with more complex or longstanding skin concerns.
After an initial course, monthly or bimonthly maintenance is generally recommended to sustain results. Individual session pricing starts from £50 for LED and £120 for a single peel, with programme packages offering better value for a full course.
This is determined at your initial skin assessment. Dr Bravi reviews your skin type, current concerns, medical history (including any medications or conditions that might affect peel tolerance), and your goals before recommending a starting point.
You do not need to arrive knowing which treatments you want — the assessment is specifically designed to take that decision-making pressure away and give you a clear, expert-led recommendation. If your skin changes over the course of the Programme, the plan is adapted accordingly.
The Programme uses peels from two professional ranges: Zein Obagi and AlumierMD. Zein Obagi options include the brightening Red Carpet peel and the deeper 3-Step Peel combining TCA, salicylic acid, lactic acid, and retinol. AlumierMD offers a customisable range of AHA, BHA, fruit enzyme, and TCA-based peels, selected according to your skin type and concern.
The peel type used at each session is chosen based on how your skin has responded to previous treatments and what stage of your Programme you are at. More detail on each type is available on the chemical skin peels page.
A standalone peel course — for example, a series of six AlumierMD peels spaced 4–6 weeks apart — addresses skin turnover and surface-level concerns effectively but works on one mechanism only.
The Skin Health Programme adds LED therapy to the equation, which means the skin receives a collagen stimulus, anti-inflammatory support, and (with blue light) acne management between peel sessions rather than simply waiting for the next peel. For patients whose main concerns are more complex — chronic acne, post-inflammatory pigmentation, or early skin laxity alongside texture issues — the combined Programme typically delivers more comprehensive results than peels alone, in a comparable timeframe.
Many patients notice an initial improvement in skin brightness and texture after the first few LED sessions, particularly if there is an inflammatory component such as active acne or redness. The deeper structural benefits — collagen remodelling, pigmentation reduction, improved skin firmness — develop gradually over the course of the Programme and continue for weeks after the final session.
Realistic timescales vary depending on the starting condition and Programme intensity, but most patients see meaningful, visible progress at the 6–8 week mark and more significant improvement by the end of a full course. Progress is reviewed at each appointment and the Programme adjusted if needed.
That is exactly the situation the initial skin assessment is designed for. Many patients arrive having tried various products or treatments without a clear understanding of what is driving their skin concerns. Dr Bravi takes time to understand your history, examine your skin in good light, and give you a clear explanation of what she observes — including any factors that may be contributing to your concerns beyond skincare alone.
From there, a structured plan is recommended. There is no obligation to begin treatment on the day, and you are welcome to ask as many questions as you need before committing to a Programme.
